Tea Party Nation exposes it's genius

Since the GOP has been unanimously voting against bills to create jobs, the Tea Party Nation has decided to up the ante by emailing it's 30 thousand members and asking business owners not to hire anyone until a Republican is elected president.

It's pretty surreal to read, and includes this nugget of economic genius:

I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.

Yeah. I'm sure that will really help the economy.

I'd like to believe that conservatives care about the economy more than the upcoming elections, but it's painfully obvious they don't. I mean, for all the hooplah about a crappy economy and how "terrible" Obama's Jobs Bill is, where the jobs bill from the GOP? Beyond complaining about Obama, Socialism, and Occupy Wall Street, why doesn't the House pass something to help the economy? I mean, the GOP completely controls the House, right? It's hard to take the GOP seriously when it comes to the economy when they are holding the purse strings and don't even lift a finger to try getting the economy moving...
